Dear Customer,

Effective 21 December 2007, Processed Gypsum Products Pty Ltd has sold its
Gypsum deposits to Adelaide Brighton Cement Limited.

As part of the sale Linke Contracting has secured an ongoing supply of Hi-Ag Gypsum from Adelaide Brighton Cement Limited, so that we may continue to service your bulk requirements of this product. Due to some changes with our toll-manufacturers we are at this time unable to supply any value-added products such as Micro-Gyp, Nursery-Gyp, Turf Gyp, Ferta Gyp and Greens Grade. We will keep
you informed should this situation change.

Processed Gypsum Products is part of the Linke Group of companies. To streamline our operations
we will take this opportunity to service all of your Gypsum and Transport requirements as Linke Contracting Pty Ltd.

Initially the only change you will notice will be the invoice heading.  The existing
telephone numbers will not change. We will however cease to use the Processed
Gypsum Products e-mail address.  In preparation for this we invite you to use
linkecon@linkecontracting.com.au if you wish to contact us via e-mail.

We expect this transition to be seamless and if you would like any further information or clarification please do not hesitate to contact me.
